Nora Noh Silk Tulip Hem Blouse / 1980s

I always love Nora Noh pieces and this tulip hem blouse is just beautifully made. Buttons at the top shoulder and interior tie at the bust helps to secure the piece. Just perfect for spring. 100% silk. 

condition: very good, a few tiny pin hole spots but nothing major.
