Arched Eyebrow Portrait / 1940s

A wonderful small portrait of a lady, c. 1940s. Great red lips and very nicely painted with faint dark circles (I can relate!) under the eye. A little wear showing to the edges, see all close ups. Canvas on board, lightweight. Not entirely certain if this painting is oil or acrylic. The finish is fairly smooth and flat. 

condition: good with a little patina from age.
