Seasonal Stripe Dress / 1970s-80s

Love the colors in this late 1970s, early 80s striped dress. Elastic waist and shoulders so you could wear it on or off the shoulder. Matching tie. No maker or material label, feels like cotton but likely a rayon blend, very smooth and comfortable. Great with boots or sandals, all season piece!
