Zipper Hostess Dress / 1940s

I've always loved these zipper gowns, so easy to wear and a stylish modern dress to boot! Dusky rose & pale gold tone stripes. Matching tie and a puffed shoulder. Fabric is a faille, no maker label. Perhaps hemmed at some stage in the past 80 years :)

condition: very sound with a few small rents in the fabric, see all close ups. Not noticeable when worn. Small linear foxing-type mark near the front hem, priced accordingly.
