1980s Deco Lady Print Top

Weird but wonderful 1980s top with batwing style sleeves and peplum, buttons up the hip to fit a variety of sizes. Poly fabric (like a velour) with cotton assuming in the black trim and stretchy waist. I'm wearing the peplum tucked in here (and you could also hem it to be more of a sweatshirt if you didn't need the peplum). Great condition, made in France.
