We hope you will be more than satisfied (if not completely thrilled!) with your purchase from the shop and consider all sales final, however any queries regarding the item should be made within 3 days of receipt.
Please note that the issue of "fit" is the buyer's responsibility. We strongly suggest contacting us with size/fit queries before your purchase to make sure the piece will work for you. We strive to note every visible condition issue present on a garment or accessory, with that being said please be mindful of the era of the garment being purchased, of any existing fragility associated with garments of the specific era or any special care that will need to be taken when wearing your new-to-you item.
If a return, refund or exchange is agreed upon the item must be returned within 7 days of receipt (within the US) and within 12 days from outside the US. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless through prior arrangement via email exchange. Refunds or exchanges will be issued after the item is received back in the condition in which it was originally shipped, if the garment appears to be worn or damaged the return will not be processed and the item will be returned to the buyer.
