Victorian Lady Oil Painting / Late 1800s

Absolutely beautiful late Victorian oil painting of a woman wearing a fabulous collar and brooch. Signature not visible. Lacquered, cleaned and framed in the 1980s. From an estate with many Victorian-era treasures, very happy to have found her. The face is so beautifully painted and the figure really has "presence". Please note that I have not removed the painting to check for a lower signature, it's possible there is one!
