1991 Silk Polka Dot Blouse

I love this blouse and feel that it works very well for all sizes given the floppy 100% silk nature and great long style. I'd happily wear this with pants or a skirt and a smaller size could also belt it. Great staple and sweet sequin polka dots for a fun touch. Great piece!
