Courtyard Palm Watercolor / 1964

I just love this lush watercolor so much and it's a little difficult to sell! Wonderful emerald green watercolor of a large banana palm within a beautiful courtyard in a tropical location. Signed by Susan Merdinger, January 25, 1964. Would look fantastic in a room full of plants!

condition: great. Scratches to the frame, might pop even more with a lighter mat & frame.
