Stunning French hand-colored lithograph with a 1921 copyright, possibly painted a little later, signed A .Colbert (?), cursive signature a little difficult to read completely accurately. This is such a beautiful piece and the oval frame just really makes the whole piece very special. No hanging wire but easily added. Another signature on the rear of the frame, Piehl, 31. Possibly when the piece was finished and framed. The detail of the open case with fabrics, jewelry and a dusky pink pillow are just wonderful.
