Pixie Cut Parisian Girl Portrait / c.1960s

Fantastic mid century Parisian portrait. Signed L. Brüninghaus. The back label reads that the first name is Louis with a Parisian address. I could not find further information about this artist. Oil on canvas. The young woman appears to be holding a textural, or fur, garment in her hands though it's not terribly clear what is in her hands! beautiful blue eyes and haircut! Background is a very deep teal. Perfect for a portrait gallery. Excellent sturdy frame with a wire loop at top to hang. 

condition: great! small amount of craquelure in the hair area.
