Faraglioni Rocks at Capri / c.1940s

Very special diminutive oil painting of the Faraglioni Rocks in Capri. Estimating this painting to be from the 1940s era but is not signed or dated (there are a few strokes in the lower right area that almost could be a signature but unclear). Beautifully painted with shadows, flower pots and a deep blue sea. The backing paper is torn and peeling but I saved it due to the inscription of the location (the word Faraglioni is not completely visible due to damage). A lightweight piece for a book shelf, ledge or framed for your landscape collection. Makes a great gift in my opinion!
