Astoundingly rare and beautiful dress from the early 1920s in an Arts & Crafts style with embroidered tunic and pretty sash. Stunning detail and condition with tiny mirrors covering the skirt and trim. Maker is Harry Lichenstein, a dressmaker who leased the Redfern Building at 3 East 48th St in Manhattan between 1922-30 for his business. Quality silk and downright incredible detail in excellent condition. A fabulous piece for an early era collection. Layaway available upon request.
