Rare and fabulous deep-midnight blue velvet hat from the Edwardian era. Delightful dangling beaded detail at the lower edge. Fitted (flexible, not stiff) brim with loose cap and studded brim. A truly wonderful addition to an antique closet. Very wearable size and condition! Layaway available.
