Beautiful 1930s-40s merlot tone velvet dress with rhinestone clasps and excellent shoulder! There is a narrow privacy panel under the claps but does look great when worn open too, this panel is separating from the bodice a little otherwise the dress is in excellent shape. Side zipper.
