1970's Black Floral Indian Cotton Dress.

Fantastic color-way in this Made in India, 1970s semi-sheer cotton dress. Wonderfully simple shape which can be belted or worn loose over a slip or not! I just love finding these dresses and this one is in great condition. Elastic at cuffs could be tighter, but completely fine to wear as they are.
