Lady in The Red Coat / c.1940s-50s

One of the quirkiest paintings I've found for the shop! Love this scene, is she arriving ...or leaving? Vivid scene of lady in red coat with suitcase, gazing at a house on the hill. Acrylic on canvas board with simple mid-century frame. Fairly lightweight. This painting was found along with a handful more from the same artist, all were fairly standard landscapes so I love that this piece was such an about turn in terms of subject! Unsigned.

condition: great. frame is a little marked.
