Metallic Birdie Skirt / c.1980s-90s

A special piece from my closet! I did think this piece was earlier but appears to be a beautifully made piece from a later era with lovely hand-stitching and loops to hang on the interior waistband. Fully lined. Fabric is a light and very soft silk with shimmering birds and foliage. Gorgeous, dress her up or down as I had planned to! Very well-constructed.
