Super fabulous amount of fabric in this tiered skirt, looks to be altered from a dress where elastic has been added at the waist and hand-stitched around the zipper (zipper not needed). Could use a few additional stitches here otherwise completely wearable. Lovely fabric! Priced accordingly*
