Slinky Wrap Blouse w/ Extra Long Tie / 1990s

 I bought this fabulous slinky wrap top for myself because I fell in love with the cord tie, it is so beautifully made and features a unique wrap style that results in an asymmetric hem, looks great with any pants or skirts. Labeled a rayon-viscose and Made in the USA. I removed the label (itchy!) when I first purchased the piece and can not remember the original maker. Great throwback 90s piece with wonderful styling. Mannequin is a small and it fits many sizes.
